01Architectural design services
To meet the unique requirements of each project, DAIKEN SEKKEI's design team, headed by a project leader and backed by all other company divisions, including the Technical Center and Design Center, provides total support for all project stages; from programing and design to construction supervision and follow-up.
- We take on the challenge of designing buildings with ever-higher standards of functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal in diverse sectors while remaining responsible for and considerate of the environment and society.
- We manage the budget and schedule of each project, including initial and running costs; acutely aware of what our clients and communities really need.
- Amid a natural environment declining on a global scale, we work to create eco-friendly sustainable buildings that are safe, secure, comfortable, healthy and long-lasting, by managing the entire lifecycle of each project.
