Born in the Jinaimachi area of Tondabayashi City, Osaka, I grew up amid the connections between people and the historical townscape. While in school, I devoted myself to kendo and ice hockey, where I learned the importance of psychological strength and teamwork. At university, I studied the relationship between the environment and architecture. Since then, I have tried to improve the comfort and environmental performance of buildings through facility design. I value trust above all else, and strive to advance our design teams and foster the next generation with quality technology and integrity.
Giving shape to the environment

Used CFD analysis to study the circulation efficiency of animal exhibit tanks (Presented a paper to the Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of Japan, joint research with Professor Satoru Takada, Graduate School of Kobe University)
How I spend my private time
Because of my assignment, I live and work in a different city than my family. I have made it a habit to make lunch for myself every day, and whatever valuable time I get with my family, I cherish. On weekends and holidays, I ride my road bicycle, go hiking, jog, and do other activities to keep my body and mind in shape, and I often get new ideas while interfacing with nature. Traveling is another of my hobbies, and I enjoy doing things with a backpack in hand. I even toured the ruins of Angkor Wat on a simple city bike. I approach each day deliberately and with a curious mind, and strive to apply my ample sensitivities to design and team-building.
