These terms of use (hereinafter “the Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions of use of the services provided on this website (hereinafter “the Site”) by DAIKEN SEKKEI Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”). Those who use the Site (hereinafter “Site Users”) shall use the Site in accordance with the Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
- The Terms shall apply to any relationship between Site User and the Company in connection with use of the Site.
- In addition to the Terms, the Company has various rules and provisions regarding the Site (hereinafter “Individual Provisions”). These Individual Provisions, regardless of their nomenclature, shall form part of the Terms.
- Where the provisions of the Terms conflict with the provisions of the Individual Provisions from the preceding Article, the Individual Provisions shall prevail unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provisions.
Article 2 (Prohibited Matters)
The Site User shall not perform any of the following acts when using this Site:

Article 4 (No Warranty Disclaimer)
The Company makes no warranties, explicit or implied, that the Site is free from defects in facts or in law (including those related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, infringements of rights, etc.). The Company shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the Site User due to the Site, except in the case of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 5 (Modification of the Terms)
The Company may modify the Terms without the individual consent of the Site User in the following cases:
- When modification of the Terms is in the general interest of the Site User.
- When modification of the Terms is reasonable in light of compliance with laws and regulations, appropriateness of the content after the modification, or other circumstances pertaining to the modification.
Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall appropriately handle personal information obtained in use of the Site in accordance with the Company's "Privacy Policy".
Article 7 (Notification or Communication)
Notification or communication between the Site User and the Company shall be in the manner prescribed by the Company. Unless there is a notification of modification from the Site User in accordance with the method separately specified by the Company, the Company shall consider the currently registered contact information to be valid and shall notify or contact the said contact information, and these shall be deemed to have reached the Site User as of the time of transmission.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Interpretation of the Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute regarding the Site, exclusive jurisdiction shall be granted to the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
