• We assume full accountability for controlling and managing the quality, cost, schedule, and other critical aspects of each construction project and passing on details of the same to the client and competent authorities.
• We support our clients in selecting appropriate firms and signing contracts, etc. for the construction work.
• We strictly supervise the construction processes from the client perspective and in accordance with our own systematic supervision procedures to ensure the quality of the buildings.
• We rigorously monitor schedules to ensure the building is completed and handed over to the client promptly.
• We closely examine cost estimates presented by each firm to protect the due interests of our client.In addition to buildings we design, we also supervise those designed by third parties based on our extensive track record and accumulated know-how in construction/project supervision.
• We supervise projects to ensure the quality and functionality of buildings in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Building Standards Act and the Act on Architects and Building Engineers, from a public welfare perspective.
